In a technical document, the project management process is composed of the following steps:

1. Approval: The client submits short information about the document and the project is evaluated. Then the service term is determined and the price is offered to the client. In the approval phase, the translators and editors are determined according to the demand of the client and test translations are delivered to the client.
2. Composition of project team: Experienced translators and editors are assigned for the project considering the project type. Moreover, we assign mother-tongue translators according to the target language.
3. Edition: The translated text is edited by editors with regard to its content, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
4. Format editing: If requested by the client, the page layouts are organized by experienced graphic artists.
5. Delivery: The completed project is submitted to the client either on web or as a hard copy, depending on the request of the client.
